Raptor & Heron

Irrigation booms for delicate crops

Raptor and Heron booms irrigate fragile crops safely. Paired with Irriland hose reels they sync at ~0.1 MPa (1 bar). Nozzles every 1 m for high flow and even coverage, even in wind. Raptor: foldable galvanized frame, self-leveling, hydraulic height 1–3 m. Heron: quick coupling, manual leveling, low operating cost.

  • Operates at ~1 bar
  • Nozzles every 1 m
  • Raptor: foldable, self-leveling
  • Heron: economical and robust
  • Carried on the hose reel
01

For delicate crops

Fine spray and low pressure reduce plant damage versus a hard gun jet.

02

Raptor — quick setup

Foldable galvanized structure: one-person open/close; carried on the reel open (short moves) or closed (transport).

03

Heron — low cost

Quick pipe/cable coupling, manual leveling, built for tough use at low operating cost.

Standard equipment

  • Spray nozzles spaced 1 m apart
  • Synchronized with Irriland hose reel
  • Optimal pressure ~0.1 MPa (1 bar)
  • Raptor: galvanized foldable steel
  • Raptor: bearing system, self-leveling
  • Raptor: each nozzle on a ball valve
  • Heron: quick pipe/cable coupling
  • Heron: manual leveling and balancing

Optional equipment

  • Hydraulic Raptor: working height 1–3 m
  • Boom width configured on quote
